摘  要:目的:通过对金银忍冬霜期前后叶、枝条、果实中有效成分绿原酸的含量进行测定,为提高金银忍冬中绿原酸含量及完善金银忍冬的质量评价提供依据.方法:采用采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)测定降霜前后金银忍冬叶、枝条、果实中主要抗菌、抗病毒有效成分绿原酸的含量,分析霜期因素对金银忍冬有效成分绿原酸含量的影响.结果:确定HPLC测定金银忍冬叶、枝条、果实中绿原酸的最佳条件:流动相为乙腈-0.4%磷酸溶液(13:87),流速为1.0mL·min^-1,检测波长为327nm,柱温为30℃;这种测量方法重复性好,具有可靠性,适用于金银忍冬中绿原酸的含量测定.结论:经高效液相色谱法检测金银忍冬叶、枝条、果实中主要有效药用成分绿原酸的含量均有差异,受霜降影响下,绿原酸含量有不同程度的变化.Objective:To determine the content of chlorogenic acid in leaves,branches and fruits of Lonicera japonica thunb.Methods:High performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)was used to determine the content of chlorogenic acid in the leaves,branches and fruits of Lonicera japonica thunb.The optimal conditions for the determination of chlorogenic acid by HPLC were determined.The mobile phase acetonitrile∶0.4%phosphoric acid solution(13∶87),the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min,the detection wavelength was 327 nm,and the column temperature was 30℃.This method has good repeatability and reliability and is suitable for the determination of chlorogenic acid in Lonicera japonica.Results:The contents of chlorogenic acid in honeysuckle leaves,branches and fruits were different by HPLC.The differences were statistically significant.Conclusion:Frost has certain effect on chlorogenic acid content of lonicera japonica thunb.
