摘  要:采用异丙苯与乙烯侧链烷基化反应研究碱金属催化剂的催化性能,考察了催化剂种类、载体煅烧温度、助剂和碱金属负载量以及助剂和碱金属负载温度等因素对催化反应结果的影响,并对催化剂使用寿命进行考察。结果表明,对K/KOH/γ-Al2O3型催化剂,随KOH与金属K的负载量增加,催化剂活性均呈现先增强后减弱的趋势;随着两种组分负载温度升高,催化剂活性均有增强的趋势。采用CO2程序升温脱附(CO2-TPD)、CO2吸附态红外光谱(FT-IR)和X射线衍射(XRD)等手段对固体碱催化剂进行碱性质、组分以及结构特性的表征。根据实验结果确定了较优的催化剂制备工艺条件为载体焙烧温度550℃,290℃下负载10%K,360℃下负载20%KOH,在此条件下异丙苯转化率为99.8%,生成叔戊基苯的选择性为97.9%。The catalytic performance of the superbase catalysts was evaluated for side chain alkylation of cumene with ethylene in this paper.The effects of catalyst type,calcination temperature of carrier,loading amount of promoter,loading amount of alkali metal,and loading temperature on the catalytic performance were investigated.Lifetime test of the catalysts were also studied.For K/KOH/γ-Al2O3 catalyst,increasing loading amount of KOH and metal K resulted in volcano curves of the activity,and better activity of the catalyst could be achieved by calcination of the catalysts at elevated temperature.Moreover,the alkalinity,composition,and structure of superbase catalysts were characterized by CO2 temperature programmed desorption(CO2-TPD),Fourier infrared spectroscopy of CO2 preadsorbed(FT-IR)and X-ray diffraction(XRD).According to the experimental results,the optimum catalyst preparation conditions for catalysts were obtained.Under the optimal conditions of calcination temperature for carrier 550℃,loading amount of K 10%at temperature 290℃,loading amount of KOH 20%at 360℃,the cumene conversion could reach 99.8%with 97.9%selectivity to tert-amylbenzene.
