摘 要:为了开发一种既能满足甲醇/二甲醚制烯烃(DMTO)积炭催化剂再生要求,又可以富集再生尾气中CO2技术,在热重分析仪上采用等温和非等温方法对工业流化床反应器中积炭催化剂进行O2/CO2气氛中的再生动力学研究。结果表明,积炭DMTO催化剂O2/CO2气氛中再生反应速率对催化剂积炭含量表现为一级反应。两种方法下得到的空气再生活化能有所不同,等温方法得到再生活化能约为70 kJ/mol,而非等温方法得到再生活化能约为80 kJ/mol。所得动力学对于O2/CO2气氛下燃烧再生器的设计和操作优化有重要的意义。Developing a regeneration technology that not only can regenerate coked catalyst for methanol/dimethylether to olefins(DMTO)but also can enrich CO2 in tail gas of regenerator is of great significance.Regeneration kinetics of coked DMTO catalyst from industrial fluidized bed reactor was studied in O2/CO2 by thermogravimetric analyzer.Both isothermal and non-isothermal methods were carried out,and the results showed that the coke combustion rate was the first order reaction of coke content in catalyst.And there was little difference between the activation energy obtained by isothermal and non-isothermal method.In isothermal method,the activation energy was about 70 kJ/mol,and about 80 kJ/mol in non-isothermal method.The obtained kinetics is important for the design and operation optimization of the regenerator under O2/CO2 atmosphere.
