摘  要:为了更好评价油套管特殊螺纹接头的性能,分析了API RP 5C5:2017和ISO 13679:2002标准的差异,并基于API 5C5:2017标准,对某特殊螺纹接头进行了密封性能评价。结果表明:试样经过上卸扣试验均未发生粘扣现象,极限样台肩扭矩与上扣扭矩的比值为0.24~0.78;在整个复合加载试验过程中,1#~4#极限样未出现结构失效及泄漏现象,1#~5#极限样在试验过程中的保载点或失效点均超过标准要求的极限载荷,满足API RP 5C5:2017 CAL IV标准的要求。In order to better evaluate the performance of the special threaded joint of oil casing,the difference between API RP 5C5:2017 and ISO 13679:2002 standard was analyzed,and the sealing performance of a special threaded joint was evaluated based on API 5C5:2017 standard.The results show that there is no gluing phenomenon in the sample after make-up and break-out test,and the ratio of the limit sample shouldering torgue to the make up torque is 0.24~0.78.In the whole process of composite loading test,no structural failure or leakage occurred to the 1#~4#limit samples,and the retention point or failure point of the 1#~5#limit samples exceeded the limit load required by the standard,which met the requirements of API RP 5C5:2017 CAL IV standard.
