摘 要:本研究采用正交试验法,对碳酸锂氢化提纯工艺进行优化。其间考察了氢化时间、液固比、CO2气体流速、搅拌速度对氢化率的影响,确定了各因素显著性影响顺序,最终得到碳酸锂最佳氢化条件:氢化时间为1.0 h,液固比为30∶1,CO2流速为3.0 L/min,搅拌速度为600 r/min。在此条件下,氢化率为99.93%,碳酸锂纯度由原来98.5%提升至99.63%。In this study,the orthogonal test method was used to optimize the hydrogenation purification process of lithium carbonate.During this period,the effects of hydrogenation time,liquid-solid ratio,CO2 gas flow rate and stirring speed on the hydrogenation rate were investigated,and the order of significant influence of each factor was determined,the optimal hydrogenation conditions for lithium carbonate were finally obtained:the hydrogenation time was 1.0 h,the liquid-solid ratio was 30∶1,the CO2 flow rate was 3.0 L/min,and the stirring speed was 600 r/min.Under this condition,the hydrogenation rate was 99.93%,and the purity of lithium carbonate was increased from 98.5%to 99.63%.
