摘 要:2019年3月,成渝钒钛科技有限公司为优化炉料结构,提升入炉品位,降低铁水成本,提高市场竞争力,特采购高品位安隆钒钛精矿作为球团矿的生产原料。高品位安隆钒钛精矿为原安隆精矿经进一步洗选后所得的矿种。烧结厂球团车间在厂部指导下,通过逐步增加原料配比,分析总结球团矿生产过程中的因素,不断优化过程控制措施,最终将高品位安隆钒钛精矿生产配比稳定控制在35%,球团矿品位提升约2.0%。它可以为高炉的高产高效生产提供优质的球团矿。In March 2019,Chengyu Vanadium Titanium Technology Co.,Ltd.specially purchased high-grade Anlong vanadium titanium concentrate as the production raw material of pelletized ore,in order to optimize the furnace burden structure,improve the furnace grade,reduce the cost of molten iron,and improve the market competitiveness.The high-grade Anlong vanadium and titanium concentrate was the ore type of the original Anlong after further washing.Under the guidance of the plant department,the pelletizing workshop of the sintering plant analyzed and summarized the factors in the pelletizing production process by gradually increasing the raw material ratio,continuously optimized the process control measures,and finally stabilized the production ratio of the high-grade Anlong vanadium and titanium concentrate by 35%and the pelletizing grade by about 2.0%.It could provide high quality pellet for high yield and high efficiency of blast furnace.
