摘 要:基于阳煤一矿8303大采高工作面仰斜条件下开采实践,采用相似模拟、力学解析、现场观测等手段,从煤壁片帮、顶板漏顶等角度对大采高仰采冒顶机理与围岩控制技术进行了研究,认为仰采条件下,支架上方顶板和采空区岩层之间难以形成稳定的咬合结构,增加了控顶难度。仰采时支架与顶板的接触由面接触变为线接触,合力作用点位置发生改变,端面距加大,支撑效率降低,使得工作面极易出现架前漏冒事故。提出了保障支架位态、带压擦顶移架、控制顶底板平整度、顶板铺设金属网和打贴帮柱等围岩控制技术措施,现场应用良好,具有借鉴意义。Based on the mining practice of 8303 mining face with large mining height in Yangquan Mining Group No.1 Mine,the roof caving mechanism and surrounding rock control technology of large mining height fully mechanized mining from the aspects of coal wall and roof leakage were studied by means of similar simulation,theoretical analysis and field observation.It was considered that it was difficult to form a stable occlusion structure between the roof above the support and the strata in the goaf,which increased the difficulty of the goaf support.The contact between support and roof changes from surface contact to line contact,the position of resultant force action point changes,and the support efficiency decreases,which made the working face vulnerable to leakage accident before the support.Some technical measures were put forward to control the surrounding rock,such as moving frame ahead,scraping frame with pressure,controlling the flatness of roof and floor,laying metal mesh on roof and pasting pillars,with guiding significance for safe mining on site.
