摘 要:针对辛置煤矿2-208综采工作面粉尘产出量大,且不易控制的难题,提出了深孔动压注水降尘控制技术,分析了煤层注水机理并确定了注水钻孔布置方式。研究结果表明,煤层超前深孔动压注水可提前湿润煤层,降低粉尘产生量及飞扬能力,注水后工作面粉尘及呼吸性粉尘平均浓度分别减小为注水前的24.8%和28.8%。In view of the difficulty of large and difficult control of dust production in 2-208 fully mechanized coal mining face, the control technology of deep hole dynamic pressure water injection was put forward, the mechanism of coal seam water injection was analyzed and the layout of water injection borehole was determined. The results showed that dynamic pressure water injection can wet coal seam in advance and reduce dust production and flying capacity. The average concentration of dust and respirable dust on the working face was decreased to 24.8% and 28.8% respectively after water injection.
