摘  要:汞是自然环境中普遍存在的有害重金属元素,也是水体重金属检测的重要指标之一。氢化物发生-原子荧光法是1种应用很普遍的痕量分析技术,因其操作简单、自动化程度高、灵敏度高、人为因素影响小,常用来测痕量金属元素。采用氢化物发生-原子荧光法检测曲靖市周边4个重要水域中汞的含量,结果表明,所测水域中的汞含量相差不大,且均在安全范围内。此研究不仅对曲靖市水环境的状况具有一定意义,还建立了适用于水体痕量汞的快速检测方法。Mercury is a pervasive and harmful heavy metal element in the natural environment,and it is also one of the most important indexes of heavy metal detection in water.As a kind of trace analysis technology,hydride generation-atomic fluorescence spectrometry(HG-AFS)has been widely applied because of its advantages such as simple operation,high degree of automation,high sensitivity and little influence of human factors.The contents of mercury in four important water areas around Qujing City were determined by hydride generation-atomic fluorescence spectrometry,the results show that the mercury contents of the measured waters vary little and are all within the limits of safety.This research not only has a certain significance for the water environment status in Qujing City,but also develops a rapid method for detection of trace mercury in water.
