摘 要:针对某化工厂消防水泵房设计不合理,消防水泵流量扬程不满足规范要求,消防管网管径太小等情况,根据该厂的规模大小、地形特点,分析计算了各装置及罐区的消防用水量,从而确定了该化工厂的消防系统采用稳高压消防给水系统,其消防用水量为120 L/s,压力为1.0 MPa。同时根据规范要求设计了消防水泵房及消防给水管网。该消防水系统改造方案减少了项目投资,满足了规范要求。Because fire water pump room design in a chemical plant is unreasonable,the flow head of fire pump does not meet the specification requirements,the diameter of fire pipe network is too small,etc.,according to the scale and terrain features of the plant,the fire water consumption of each device and tank farm was analyzed and calculated,thereby determining the stable high-pressure fire water supply system was adopted in the fire protection system of the chemical plant,the fire water consumption is 120 L/s and the pressure is 1.0 MPa.At the same time,the fire pump room and fire water supply network were designed according to the code requirements.The renovation scheme of the fire water system reduces the project investment and meets the standard requirements.
