金针菇菌渣、棉籽壳复配栽培草菇配方试验

摘　　要：目的为了合理利用金针菇菌渣,提高菌渣栽培草菇的产量、质量及效益。方法以纯金针菇菌渣为对照(CK),采用单因素随机组设计考察了添加棉籽壳的金针菇菌渣栽培草菇的效果。结果添加20%棉籽壳的配方1表现好,菌丝满床时间为8.17 d,现原基时间为10.33d,采收时间为13.17 d,分别比CK组提前7.55%、4.62%、3.66%。菇体商品性状好,单朵重为26.67 g;平均产量为6055.56 g/m2;经济效益最高,纯收入为1.92元/m2,分别比CK提高2.56%、38.41%和18.21%。添加40%棉籽壳的配方2菌丝生长势弱,满床时间、现原基时间、采收时间长,商品性状差,经济效益差。3个配方的矿质元素较全面。结论在金针菇菌渣中添加20%的棉籽壳具有子实体商品性状优良、产量高、经济效益好、矿质元素丰富等特点,可在生产中推广使用。Objective To improve the yield,quality and benefit of Volvariella volvacea cultivated with F.velutipes residues.Methods Using pure F.velutipes residues as control(CK),the effect of F.velutipes residue with cotton seed shell was studied by single factor random block design.Results Formula 1 that adding 20%cotton seed shell performed well,and the time of hyphae filling was 8.17d,7.55%earlier than CK.The original base was 10.33d,4.62%earlier than CK.The harvest time was 13.17d,3.66%earlier than CK.The commodity character of mushroom body was good,and the weight of single flower was 26.67g,2.56%heavier than CK.The average output was 6055.56g/m2,38.41%higher than that of CK.The economic benefit was the highest,net income of 1.92 yuan/m2,18.21%higher than CK.In formula 2 that 40%cotton seed shell was added,hyphae growth potential was weak,full bed time,present primordium time,long harvest time,poor commodity character and poor economic benefit.The mineral elements in the three formulations are more comprehensive.Conclusion Adding 20%cotton seed shell into F.velutipes residues has the characteristics of good fruiting body commodity,high yield,good economic benefit and abundant mineral elements,so it can be popularized and used in production.
