民国时期上海新普育堂公信力的生成机制

摘　　要：上海新普育堂是民国时期上海著名的慈善组织,在三十余年的慈善活动中,留养十余万,施诊二百余万人,取得了显著的慈善业绩,堪称民国慈善组织的典范。上海新普育堂有一位献身慈善事业的卓越领导人,有完备的章程和健全的组织结构,接受政府监督,信息公开,故能赢得广泛的社会赞誉,具有较高的公信力。上海新普育堂构建公信力的举措不仅在当时颇具代表性,对今天慈善组织公信力的建设亦有借鉴意义。New Puyutang was a famous charity organization in Shanghai during the period of the Republic of China.During its 30-odd years of charity activities,it kept more than 100,000 people and treated more than 2 million people,making remarkable achievements in charity and serving as a model of charity organizations in the Republic of China.With an outstanding leader dedicated to charity,a complete set of rules and regulations and a sound organizational structure,New Puyutang was subject to government supervision andkept information transparent,thus winning widespread social praise and high credibility.The measures it took to build public credibility were not only representative at that time,but also instructive to the construction of credibility of charity organizations today.
