摘　　要：矿政许可证配号服务与信息发布系统是支撑我国矿业权管理制度改革、规范自然资源矿业权管理、促进政务公开和阳光行政的重要信息系统。系统的重要性要求系统建设必须采取网络安全防护措施,用户的身份安全认证是必须首要解决的问题。目前,"数字证书+口令"认证是满足网络安全等级保护要求且合理可行的身份认证手段。本文介绍了基于数字证书的身份认证技术,论述了系统认证服务模式及相关技术问题,为系统提供了有效的身份认证安全管理服务。The mining right license registration and information release system(MRLRIRS)is an important application system to support the reform of China's mining rights management,regulate the management of mining rights,and promote the openness of government affairs and sunshine administration.The importance of the system requires that the security protection measures should be taken to ensure the safe operation of the system in the network.The user's identity security authentication is the first problem to be solved.Digital certificate+password authentication is now considered as reasonable and feasible means of identity authentication to meet the requirements of network security level protection.The identity authentication technology based on the digital certificate is discussed to solve the problem of user security authentication of MRLRIRS.
