摘  要:本文研究了2,5-二甲基苯甲酰甲基酯的合成以及酯化催化剂的选择。实验以DBU为催化剂,将300mg合成的2,5-二甲基苯甲酰甲基氯在苯溶剂中回流3h后,利用红外光谱、核磁质谱进行表征,成功制取了光解用酯。本方法可大大缩短反应时间,且所得产物的产率更高,目标物颜色更浅,更有利于产物的分离。In this paper,the synthesis of 2,5-dimethyl benzoyl methyl ester and the selection of esterification catalyst were studied.DBU was used as the catalyst in the experiment,300 mg synthesized 2,5-dimethyl benzoyl methyl chloride was refluxed in benzene solvent for 3h.The synthesized 2,5-dimethyl benzoyl methyl chloride was characterized by infrared spectrum and nuclear magnetic mass spectrometry.This method could greatly shorten the reaction time,and the product yield was higher,the color of the target was lighter,and it was more conducive to the separation of the product.
