摘  要:采用离子交换法,用Cr(NO3)3改性NaY分子筛,制备了Cr-Y分子筛,并对其进行了X射线衍射(XRD)表征分析。然后以5-叔丁基连三甲苯为原料,在水蒸气存在的条件下进行脱烷基反应性能评价;结果表明,改性处理后的样品保留了Y分子筛的骨架结构。研究发现,金属Cr与Y分子筛之间表现出较好的协同作用,使得Cr-Y分子筛具有优异的脱烷基活性,其性能远高于稀土La改性的NaY分子筛,有望作为5-叔丁基连三甲苯脱烷基制取连三甲苯的备选催化剂。实验确定了最适宜的改性条件是:Cr(NO3)3溶液的浓度为12%,离子交换温度90℃,焙烧温度500℃。The NaY molecular sieve was modified with Cr(NO3)3 by liquid–phase ion exchange method,the Cr-Y molecular sieve was obtained,and the modified catalysts was characterized by XRD.The activity for dealkylation of 5-tert-butyl-1,2,3-trimethylbenzene in the presence of water vapor was evaluated.The XRD testing results showed that the modified samples retained the skeleton structure of Y molecular sieve.At appropriate conditions the significant cooperative effect of Cr and Y molecular sieve could improve on their reactivity and catalytic applications.The performance of Cr-Y molecular sieve was far superior to that of NaY molecular sieve modified by rare earth La.The Cr-Y molecular sieve was expected to be an alternative catalyst for the dealkylation of 5-tert-butyl-1,2,3-trimethylbenzene into trimethylbenzene.The optimal modification conditions were determined as followed:concentration of Cr(NO3)3 solution was 12%,ion exchange temperature was 90℃,roasting temperature was 500℃.
