摘 要:利用紫外分光光度计建立了一种快速检测松香甘油酯含量的方法。松香甘油酯溶液的吸光度与浓度的工作曲线方程为:A=0.0261b+0.01032,R2=0.9996,在10.00~32.50mg·L^-1范围内线性关系良好,精密度和稳定性实验的RSD分别为0.28%~0.84%、1.67%~2.17%,回收率为99.3%~101.4%,RSD为1.16%。同时建立了松香和松香甘油酯混合体系的定量分析方法。当混合物浓度为10mg·L^-1时,松香甘油酯含量与吸光度为线性关系:y=-0.2416x+0.4948,R²=0.991。该方法不仅能分析松香甘油酯的纯度,也能跟踪测定松香与甘油酯化反应过程的转化率和进程。A rapid determination method for rosin glyceride content was established by ultraviolet spectrophotometer(UV).The results showed that the relationship between rosin glyceride concentration and absorbance was linear,and the linear equation was:A=0.0261b+0.01032 when b=10.00~32.50 mg/L,R2=0.9996.The RSD range of precision and stability experiment was 0.28%~0.84%and 1.67%~2.17%,respectively.The recovery range was 99.3%~101.4%and RSD was 1.16%.The quantitative analysis method of rosin and rosin glyceride mixture system by UV was also established.When the mixture concentration was 10 mg/L,the relationship between the content of rosin glyceride and absorbance was linear:Y=-0.2416x+0.4948,R^2=0.991.This method could not only analyze the purity of rosin glyceride,but also tracked the conversion and process of esterification reaction between rosin and glycerol.
