摘　　要：目的探讨彩色多普勒超声在宫颈癌诊断中的应用价值。方法选择2017年1月~2019年1月我院收治的宫颈癌患者40例为宫颈癌组,选择同期收治的宫颈肌瘤患者40例为宫颈肌瘤组,选择同期收治的宫颈炎患者40例为宫颈炎组,比较各组患者的声像图表现及CDFI水平。结果宫颈癌的声像图表现与宫颈肌瘤和宫颈炎表现不同,CDFI水平显示宫颈癌的PSV明显高于其他组,RI明显低于其他组(P<0.05)。结论彩色多普勒超声能够有效诊断宫颈癌,可作为评价宫颈癌浸润程度、指导临床分期及治疗方法选择的重要手段。彩色多普勒超声是一种有效诊断宫颈癌的方法,可清晰显示宫颈各层结构,分辨肌层浸润情况及与周围组织的关系等,并检测宫颈癌内部的血管血流动力学指标,有利于与宫颈炎及宫颈肌瘤相鉴别,可作为诊断宫颈癌及宫颈癌浸润程度、指导临床分期及选择治疗方法的一项重要检查方法。Objective To explore the application value of color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of cervical cancer.Methods 40 patients with cervical cancer who were admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to January 2019 were selected as the study subjects and were assigned to the cervical cancer group.In addition,40 patients with cervical fibroids who were admitted to the hospital during the same period were selected and assigned to the cervical fibroids group.Another 40 patients with cervicitis were assigned to the cervicitis group.The sonogram performance and CDFI levels were compared between different groups of patients.Results The sonographic performance of cervical cancer was different from that of cervical fibroids and cervicitis,and the CDFI level showed that the PSV of cervical cancer was significantly higher than that in the other groups,but the RI was significantly lower than that in the other groups.The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Color Doppler ultrasound is an effective method for diagnosing cervical cancer,which can clearly display the structure of each layer of the cervix,distinguish the infiltration of the muscular layer and the relationship with the surrounding tissue,and detect the vascular hemodynamic indicators inside cervical cancer,which is beneficial to distinguishing the cervical cancer from cervicitis and cervical fibroids.It can be used as an important examination method for diagnosing cervical cancer and the infiltration degree of cervical cancer,guiding clinical staging,and selecting treatment methods.
