摘  要:针对铝电解生产过程中由于电解质体系中的锂、钾盐含量较高,导致电解槽启动后电解温度偏低,不能满足电解工艺要求,对电解槽的后期管理和正常生产影响较大;结合实际生产中高锂钾盐对新启动槽的影响,提出了一些解决措施,并在实际生产过程中取得了较好效果,解决了复杂电解质体系下电解槽的启动温度过低的问题,为电解槽后期正常生产提供了基础保障。Due to the high content of lithium and potassium in the electrolyte in the aluminum electrolysis production,the cell temperature after start-up is low,which can not meet the requirements of the electrolysis process,and has a great impact on the later management and normal production of the electrolysis cell.In this paper,combined with the influence of high lithium and potassium on the new start-up cell in practical production,some solutions are put forward,and good results are obtained in the actual production process,which solves the problem of low start-up temperature of the electrolysis cell with complex electrolyte,and provides a basic guarantee for the normal production of the electrolytic cell in the later stage.
