摘　　要：通过对Zn-Cd二元系冶金分析和计算,一段精馏法处理低品位高镉锌理论上是可行的。生产实践表明,一段精馏法处理高镉锌的工艺,能够达到两段精馏法的技术指标,大幅提升高镉锌处理效率,同时提高能源利用效率。Through the metallurgical analysis and calculation of Zn-Cd binary system,it is concluded that it is feasible in theory to treat low grade and high cadmium zinc by one stage rectification.The production practice proved that the process of one-stage rectification with high cadmium and zinc is superior,and it can reach the two-stage rectification index,which can greatly improve the treatment efficiency of cadmium and zinc and the energy utilization efficiency.
