影响锌锅感应加热器使用寿命的原因分析及对策

摘　　要：锌锅是镀锌线的重要设备,它的运行维护情况影响产品质量和生产计划。感应加热器是锌锅的核心部件,故障率高、损坏风险高。准确掌握感应加热器的运行状态可以预防故障的发生,掌握耐材的劣化趋势可避免突发事故造成经济损失。分析了影响加热器使用寿命的原因,介绍了延长使用寿命的措施并在实际应用中取得良好效果。The zinc pot is the most important to Continuous Galvanizing Line(CGL),its status has influence to quality,and its maintenance has restraints on production plan.The induction heater is major component of pot,that has high failure rate and high risk of damage.It could take effective measures to preventing faults when has mastery of induction heater;also,it could avoid larger accident loss when has mastery of refractory deterioration trend.In this paper,the writer provided the causes of heater's service life,approved the method to prolonging service life which took perfect effects.
