摘  要:船舶管子加工实现智能制造模式取代目前人工密集型产业的时代已经到来,对于打造数字化管子加工智能车间的平台,管子加工智能测长、定长切割单元是该系统工程的首要环节,也是数据链条的起点。本文阐述智能测长、定长切割单元的组成、加工数据信息流核心功能以及加工。同时对加工车间MES系统的数据链接、数字驱动、感知测长、批量套料、自动判定,精准执行定长切割以及智能化下料和传输的功能给予介绍。然后对管子智能测长、定长切割下料与人工下料进行了对比分析。最后指出,智能测长、定长切割单元为智能管子加工生产线和离散型管子智能加工工序的创建提供基础。For Ship pipe processing,the new era of intelligent manufacturing mode replacing of the conventional processing mode of labor-intensive characteristics is coming.And the intelligent length measurement and fixed length cutting unit for pipe processing is the first step to build the platform of digital pipe processing intelligent workshop.In this paper,the component parts,the processing data information flow,the core functions and cutting of the intelligent length measurement and fixed length cutting unit are introduced in detail.Meanwhile,the data connection of MES system in the processing workshop,digital drive,intelligent length measurement,batch nesting,automatic judgment,fixed length precise cutting and the pipe intelligent transmission are also stated.Finally,the comparison results between the two processing mode are listed.It is concluded that the intelligent length measurement and fixed length cutting unit could be the foundation of the intelligent pipe processing production line and discrete-type pipe intelligent processing procedure.
