摘  要:故障录波既是用于诊断输配电系统故障关键数据,也是衡量继电保护可靠性、选择性、灵敏性和速动性的重要依据。然而在获取录波数据时,现有大多数录波器不支持SCADA组网,或者离线导出,或者采用厂家提供的专属软件下载。为了克服上述限制与不便,本文以TCP/IP协议为基础,设计出了两套作用于应用层的故障录波通讯传输协议,并对某型具有故障录波功能的综合继电保护装置进行了嵌入式开发,使其具有了故障录波的在线传输能力。Fault recording is not only the key data to diagnose the faults of the power transmission and distribution system,but also an important basis for measuring the reliability,selectivity,sensitivity and quickness of relay protection.However,when acquiring fault data,most wave recorders do not support SCADA networking,which makes the data export impossible unless off-line or using the exclusive software provided by the manufacturer In this paper,the design of two sets of fault recording communication transmission protocols that act on the application layer,based on the TCP/IP protocol,is introduced.Finally,the embedded development of a certain type of integrated relay protection device with fault recording function and being of the online transmission capability of fault recording is also stated.
