摘 要:潜油直线电机为永磁同步电机,实际应用中由于电机结构特点与高可靠性要求,无法使用位置传感器进行闭环控制,导致电机出现位移控制困难与超限碰撞等问题。本文针对性地提出了基于同步特性的直线电机位移控制策略与基于碰撞特征的超限碰撞检测策略,设计了一台专用变频器原理样机进行试验验证。试验结果表明,本文提出的控制策略可在无位置传感器的情况下,稳定控制动子位移,并对可能发生的超限碰撞进行及时准确检测。The Submersible Linear Motor is a permanent magnetic synchronous motor.Due to requirements of motor structure and high reliability,the position sensor can not be used for closed-loop control,resulting in the motor displacement control difficulties and over-limit collision and other problems.In this paper,the linear motor displacement control strategy based on synchronization characteristics and the collision-based collision detection strategy is put forward,and a special inverter prototype for test and verification is designed.The test results show that the control strategy proposed in this paper can realize functions of reliably controlling of the moving unit displacement without the position sensors and in time and accurately detecting of the possible over-limit collision.
