摘 要:为确保城市轨道交通运营安全,有必要结合弓网系统检测监测数据对弓网系统技术状态进行评价。文中给出一种基于层次分析法的弓网系统运行质量评价指标评价方法,结合接触网的结构特点和城轨交通弓网系统的运营特性,提出了从单一技术参数到区段评价参数的综合评价体系。根据不同的参数特点按区段进行评价时区段的划分有所不同,对于接触网的几何参数—拉出值、接触线高度以锚段为单元进行区段评价,弓网接触力、燃弧率、接触线磨耗和受电弓弓头振动加速度按车站到车站的区间进行评价,符合接触网的结构特点和地铁的运行模式。In order to guarantee the operational safety of urban rail transit, it is necessary to execute the assessment of technical status of pantograph-overhead contact line(POHL) system, with connection to the inspection and monitoring data of the system. The paper gives an assessment method for POHL operational quality, and puts forward an integrated assessment system covering from unique technical parameter to sectional assessment parameters on the basis of analytical hierarchy process in accordance with the structural characteristics of OHL operational characteristics of POHL of urban rail transit. Different with the classification of sections depending on the parameter characteristics, the assessment with one overlap section as one unit for assessing the OHL parameters of staggers and contact wire heights, and the assessment with one section between stations as one unit for assessing of POHL contact force, arcing rate, contact wire wear and pantograph head acceleration are adequate to the OHL structural characteristics and subway operational mode.
