摘 要:基于国内外激光表面淬火技术的总体研究现状,结合激光表面淬火在H13热作模具钢中运用的实际情况,分析H13热作模具钢激光表面淬火处理引起的表面强化问题.结果表明,激光表面淬火可显著提升H13热作模具钢的表面硬度.此外,处理后的材料性能受工艺中所涉及的参数影响较大,需要选择最佳参数以获得所需的性能.Based on the overall research status of laser surface quenching technology at home and abroad,combined with the actual situation of laser surface quenching in H13 hot work die steel,the surface strengthening problems caused by laser surface quenching treatment of H13 hot work die steel were analyzed.The results show that laser surface quenching can significantly increase the surface hardness of H13 hot work die steel.In addition,the material properties after treatment are greatly affected by the parameters involved in the process,and the best parameters need to be selected to obtain the desired properties.
