摘　　要：基于配送中心选址规划在第三方物流企业运营中的重要作用,以Y物流公司S市配送中心为例,分析Y物流公司S市配送中心的问题,运用层次分析法针对配送中心选址进行研究,通过定性分析和定量分析建立层次结构模型、判断矩阵,从而确定最优选址位置,进而为第三方物流企业配送中心选址提供合理化建议,以期提高企业的运营效率、降低企业的配送成本.Based on the important role of distribution center location planning in the operation of the third-party logistics enterprises,this paper analyzes the problems of distribution center in S city of Y logistics company by taking the distribution center in S city of Y logistics company as an example,studies the location of distribution center by using analytic hierarchy process,establishes the hierarchical structure model and judgment matrix through qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis,so as to determine the optimal location.And then this paper provides reasonable suggestions for the location of the distribution center of the third-party logistics enterprises in order to improve the operation efficiency and reduce the distribution cost of the enterprise.
