短期胰岛素强化疗法在初诊2型糖尿病患者中的应用效果探讨

摘　　要：目的:探讨并分析对病情初次得到确诊(简称"初诊")的2型糖尿病(type 2 diabetes,T2DM)患者进行短期胰岛素强化治疗的临床效果。方法:将近年来芜湖市第一人民医院收治的78例初诊的T2DM患者随机分为胰岛素强化治疗组(IIT组,n=39)与二甲双胍组(MFM组,n=39)。分别用二甲双胍与短期胰岛素强化疗法对MFM组患者与IIT组患者进行治疗,然后比较两组患者空腹血糖(FBS)、餐后2小时血糖(2hPG)和糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)的水平及其临床疗效。结果:治疗后,IIT组患者FBS、2hPG和HbA1c的水平均低于MFM组患者,其治疗的总有效率高于MFM组患者,P<0.05。结论:对初诊的T2DM患者进行短期胰岛素强化治疗能显著改善其血糖的水平,缓解其病情。Objective:To explore and analyze the clinical effect of short-term intensive insulin therapy for type 2 diabetes(T2DM)patients whose condition has been diagnosed for the first time.Methods:78 newly diagnosed T2DM patients admitted to Wuhu First People’s Hospital in recent years were randomly divided into insulin intensive treatment group(IIT group,n=39)and metformin group(MFM group,n=39).Patients in the MFM group and IIT group were treated with metformin and short-term intensive insulin therapy,respectively.Then,fasting blood glucose(FBS),2-hour postmealtime blood glucose(2hPG),and glycaemic hemoglobin(HbA1c)levels in the two groups were compared and their clinical efficacy was compared.Results:After treatment,the levels of FBS,2hPG and HbA1c in IIT group were all lower than those in MFM group,and the total effective rate of treatment was higher than that in MFM group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Short-term intensive insulin therapy can significantly improve the blood glucose level and alleviate the condition of T2DM patients.
