摘　　要：目的:探讨用全胸腔镜下二尖瓣置换术治疗严重二尖瓣病变的效果。方法:对2016年3月至2019年11月在宜宾市第二人民医院接受二尖瓣置换术的65例严重二尖瓣病变患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。根据手术方式的不同对其进行分组,将其中接受全胸腔镜下二尖瓣置换术的30例患者作为腔镜组,将其中接受开胸二尖瓣置换术的35例患者作为开胸组。然后对比两组患者的各项手术指标。结果:腔镜组患者术后镇痛的时间、术后住院的时间均短于开胸组患者,其术后并发症的发生率低于开胸组患者,其对切口满意程度的评分高于开胸组患者,P<0.05。结论:用全胸腔镜下二尖瓣置换术治疗严重二尖瓣病变的效果确切,具有患者术后并发症的发生率低、术后恢复快等优点。Objective:To investigate the effect of total thoracoscopic mitral valve replacement in the treatment of severe mitral valve disease.Methods:The clinical data of 65 patients with severe mitral valve disease who received mitral valve replacement in Yibin Second People’s Hospital from March 2016 to November 2019 were retrospectively analyzed.According to the different surgical methods,the 30 patients who underwent total thoracoscopic mitral valve replacement were grouped as the endoscopic group,and the 35 patients who underwent open mitral valve replacement were grouped as the thoracotomy group.Then the operative indicators of the two groups were compared.Results:The postoperative analgesia time and postoperative hospitalization time of patients in the endoscopic group were shorter than those in the thoracotomy group,the incidence of postoperative complications was lower than that in the thoracotomy group,and the score of incision satisfaction was higher than that in the thoracotomy group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Complete thoracoscopic mitral valve replacement is effective in the treatment of severe mitral valve lesions,and has the advantages of low incidence of postoperative complications and quick recovery.
