异丙酚靶控输注麻醉在手术治疗小儿先天性髋关节发育不良中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨对接受手术治疗的先天性髋关节发育不良患儿进行异丙酚靶控输注麻醉的效果。方法:选择2018年9月至2019年9月在贵阳市妇幼保健院接受手术治疗的62例先天性髋关节发育不良患儿作为研究对象。将其随机分为普通组和实践组。对普通组31例患儿进行异丙酚间断给药麻醉,对实践组31例患儿进行异丙酚靶控输注麻醉。然后比较两组患儿的麻醉效果及不良反应的发生情况。结果:实践组患儿异丙酚的用量少于普通组患儿,其手术的时间、用药后意识消失的时间、术后苏醒的时间均短于普通组患儿,其不良反应的发生率低于普通组患儿,P<0.05。结论:对接受手术治疗的先天性髋关节发育不良患儿进行异丙酚靶控输注麻醉可显著减少其异丙酚的用量,缩短其用药后意识消失的时间和术后苏醒的时间,降低其不良反应的发生率。Objective:To investigate the effect of propofol target controlled infusion anesthesia on children with congenital dysplasia of the hip joint who received surgical treatment.Methods:From September 2018 to September 2019,62 children with congenital hip dysplasia who received surgical treatment in Guiyang Maternal and Child Health Hospital were selected as study subjects.They were randomly divided into general group and practice group.Propofol intermittent administration was performed on 31 children in the general group,and target controlled infusion of propofol was performed on 31 children in the practice group.Then the anesthetic effect and the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The dosage of propofol in the practice group was less than that in the general group,the duration of surgery,the time of consciousness loss after medication,and the time of postoperative awakening were shorter than those in the general group,and the incidence of adverse reactions was lower than that in the general group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Propofol target controlled infusion anesthesia can significantly reduce the dosage of propofol,shorten the time of consciousness loss and postoperative recovery,and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions in children with congenital dysplasia of the hip joint.
