两种内固定系统治疗胸腰段脊柱骨折的效果对比

摘　　要：目的:比较用通用型脊柱内固定系统和椎弓根螺钉脊柱内固定系统对胸腰段脊柱骨折患者进行手术的效果。方法:选取2018年9月至2019年9月期间云南省怒江州人民医院收治的48例胸腰段脊柱骨折患者作为研究对象。将这些患者分为A组和B组,每组各有24例患者。采用通用型脊柱内固定系统对A组患者进行手术,采用椎弓根螺钉脊柱内固定系统对B组患者进行手术。然后比较两组患者手术的效果。结果:A组患者手术中的出血量少于B组患者,P<0.05;其手术的时间短于B组患者,P<0.05。术后两组患者中脊髓损伤严重程度评定标准(ASIA)的分级为A级、B级、C级、D级、E级的患者所占的比例相比,P>0.05。结论:用通用型脊柱内固定系统和椎弓根螺钉脊柱内固定系统对胸腰段脊柱骨折患者进行手术的效果均较为理想。但用通用型脊柱内固定系统对该病患者进行手术的时间更短,手术中的出血量更少。Objective:To compare the efficacy of general spinal internal fixation system and pedicle screw spinal internal fixation system in the treatment of thoracolumbar spine fractures.Methods:48 patients with thoracolumbar spine fracture admitted to Nujiang People’s Hospital of Yunnan Province from September 2018 to September 2019 were selected as study subjects.These patients were divided into group A and Group B,with 24 patients in each group.Patients in group A were operated with the general spinal internal fixation system,and patients in group B were operated with the pedicle screw spinal internal fixation system.The results were then compared between the two groups.Results:The amount of bleeding in group A was less than that in group B(P<0.05).The operative time was shorter than that of group B(P<0.05).Compared with the proportion of grade A,grade B,grade C,grade D and grade E in ASIA,P>0.05.Conclusion:The general spinal internal fixation system and pedicle screw spinal internal fixation system are ideal for the operation of thoracolumbar spine fracture.However,the operation time of patients with this disease is shorter with the universal spinal internal fixation system,and the amount of bleeding during the operation is less.
