思密达保留灌肠治疗婴幼儿秋季腹泻的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察用思密达保留灌肠疗法治疗婴幼儿秋季腹泻的效果。方法:将小金县人民医院2018年1月至2019年11月期间收治的82例秋季腹泻患儿随机均分为Smecta组和Reference组。对两组患儿均进行常规治疗。在此基础上,为Smecta组患儿采用思密达保留灌肠疗法进行治疗。然后对比两组患儿的临床疗效。结果:1)治疗后,Reference组患儿中治疗效果为显效的患儿有11例(占26.83%),为好转的患儿有16例(占39.02%),为无效的患儿有14例(占34.15%),其治疗的有效率为65.85%;Smecta组患儿中治疗效果为显效的患儿有21例(占51.22%),为好转的患儿有19例(占46.34%),为无效的患儿有1例(占2.44%),其治疗的有效率为97.56%。与Reference组患儿相比,Smecta组患儿治疗的有效率较高,P<0.05。2)Smecta组患儿住院的时间为(3.36±0.53)d,Reference组患儿住院的时间为(5.24±0.97)d。与Reference组患儿相比,Smecta组患儿住院的时间较短,P<0.05。结论:用思密达保留灌肠疗法治疗婴幼儿秋季腹泻的效果显著,可有效地改善患儿的临床症状,促进其康复。objective:to observe the efficacy of smecta retention enema in the treatment of autumn diarrhea in infants.Methods:Eighty-two children with autumn diarrhea admitted to Xiaojin County People’s Hospital from January 2018 to November 2019 were randomly divided into Smecta group and Reference group.Both groups of children were given routine treatment.On this basis,children in Smecta group were treated with Smecta retention enema therapy.Then the clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared.Results:1)After treatment,among the children in the Reference group,there were 11 cases(26.83%)with obvious therapeutic effect,16 cases(39.02%)with improvement,and 14 cases(34.15%)with no therapeutic effect.The effective rate of treatment was 65.85%.Among the children in Smecta group,21(51.22%)showed significant therapeutic effect,19(46.34%)showed improvement,and 1(2.44%)showed no therapeutic effect.The effective rate of the treatment was 97.56%.Compared with the Reference group,the effective rate of Smecta group was higher(P<0.05).2)The length of hospitalization in Smecta group was(3.36±0.53)d,and the length of hospitalization in Reference group was(5.24±0.97)d.Compared with the Reference group,the hospitalization time of children in Smecta group was shorter(P<0.05).Conclusion:smecta retention enema has a significant effect in the treatment of autumn diarrhea in infants and young children,which can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and promote their rehabilitation.
