1100例呼吸道感染患儿发生肺炎支原体感染的情况分析

摘　　要：目的:分析1100例呼吸道感染的学龄前患儿发生肺炎支原体感染的情况。方法:选取2016年6月至2017年6月期间在四川省绵阳市妇幼保健计划生育服务中心接受诊治的1100例呼吸道感染的学龄前患儿作为研究对象。对这些患儿发生肺炎支原体感染的情况进行检测。然后,比较不同性别、不同年龄及在不同季节发病的患儿其肺炎支原体的阳性率。结果:检测后,在这1100例呼吸道感染患儿中,肺炎支原体为阳性的患儿有412例,其肺炎支原体的阳性率为37.45%。男性患儿肺炎支原体的阳性率低于女性患儿,年龄<3岁的患儿其肺炎支原体的阳性率低于年龄≥3岁的患儿,在春秋季节发病的患儿其肺炎支原体的阳性率低于在冬夏季节发病的患儿,P<0.05。结论:呼吸道感染的学龄前患儿肺炎支原体的感染率较高,女性患儿、年龄≥3岁的患儿及在冬夏季节发病的患儿其肺炎支原体的阳性率较高。Objective:To analyze the incidence of mycoplasma pneumoniae infection in 1100 preschool children with respiratory tract infection.Methods:1100 pre-school children with respiratory tract infection who were treated in Maternal and Child Health care and Family planning Service Center of Mianyang City,Sichuan Province from June 2016 to June 2017 were selected as study subjects.The children were tested for mycoplasma pneumoniae infection.Then,the positive rates of mycoplasma pneumoniae in children of different genders,ages and seasons were compared.Results:Among 1100 children with respiratory tract infection,412 were positive for mycoplasma pneumoniae,and the positive rate of mycoplasma pneumoniae was 37.45%.The positive rate of mycoplasma pneumoniae in male children was lower than that in female children,the positive rate of mycoplasma pneumoniae in children<3 years old was lower than that in children≥3 years old,and the positive rate of mycoplasma pneumoniae in children onset in spring and autumn was lower than that in winter and summer,P<0.05.Conclusion:The infection rate of mycoplasma pneumoniae was higher in preschool children with respiratory tract infection,and the positive rate of mycoplasma pneumoniae was higher in female children,children aged≥3 years,and children with onset in winter and summer.
