摘　　要：目的:分析用针刺联合自拟祛风通络汤治疗风寒型贝尔面瘫的效果。方法:将2019年4月至2020年10月期间长白山保护开发区中心医院收治的60例风寒型贝尔面瘫患者作为研究对象。将这60例患者随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组各有30例患者。对两组患者均进行针刺治疗,在此基础上,对治疗组患者加用自拟祛风通络汤进行治疗。然后,对比两组患者的临床疗效及House-Brackmann(H-B)面神经功能分级量表的评分。结果:接受治疗后,与对照组患者相比,治疗组患者治疗的总有效率更高,其H-B面神经功能分级量表的评分更低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:用针刺联合自拟祛风通络汤治疗风寒型贝尔面瘫的效果显著,可有效地改善患者的面部神经功能,提高其临床疗效。Objective:To analyze the effect of acupuncture combined with Self-designed Qufeng Tongluo decoction in the treatment of wind-chill Belle facial paralysis.Methods:From April 2019 to October 2020,60 patients with wind-chill Belle facial paralysis admitted to the Central Hospital of Changbaishan Protection Development Zone were studied.The 60 patients were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group,with 30 patients in each group.The two groups of patients were treated with acupuncture.On this basis,the patients in the treatment group were treated with self-designed Qufeng Tongluo decoction.Then,the clinical efficacy and the score of the House-Brackmann(H-B)facial nerve function rating scale were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,compared with the control group,the total effective rate of the treatment group was higher,and the h-B facial nerve function rating scale score was lower,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupuncture combined with self-designed Qufeng Tongluo decoction has a significant effect on the treatment of wind-chill Belle facial paralysis,which can effectively improve the facial nerve function of patients and improve its clinical efficacy.
