中医正骨手法治疗桡骨远端伸直型骨折的效果分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨并分析用中医正骨手法治疗桡骨远端伸直型骨折的临床效果。方法:选择2013年1月至2016年12月广西都安县人民医院收治的180例桡骨远端伸直型骨折患者作为研究对象,按照治疗方法的不同将其分为保守治疗组(CT组,n=90)与手术治疗组(ST组,n=90)。分别用中医正骨手法与切开复位钢板内固定术对CT组患者与ST组患者进行治疗,然后比较两组患者治疗的优良率及其各项临床指标。结果:两组患者治疗的优良率相比,P>0.05。CT组患者术后住院的时间短于ST组患者,其术后24 h的VAS评分和术后并发症的发生率均低于ST组患者,P<0.05。结论:用中医正骨手法治疗桡骨远端伸直型骨折的效果显著,具有疗效确切、患者术后疼痛轻微、并发症少及其住院的时间短等优点。Objective:To investigate and analyze the clinical effect of traditional Chinese bone-setting manipulation in the treatment of extendible fracture of distal radius.Methods:a total of 180 patients with extendable radial fractures admitted to The People’s Hospital of Duan County,Guangxi from January 2013 to December 2016 were selected as study subjects.According to different treatment methods,they were divided into conservative treatment group(CT group,n=90)and surgical treatment group(ST group,n=90).Patients in CT group and ST group were treated with traditional Chinese medicine bone setting technique and open reduction plate internal fixation respectively,and then the excellent and good rate of treatment and various clinical indicators were compared between the two groups.Results:compared with the excellent and good rate of the two groups,P BBB 0.05.The postoperative hospitalization time of THE CT group was shorter than that of the ST group,and the VAS score 24 h after surgery and the incidence of postoperative complications were lower than those of the ST group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The traditional Chinese bonesetting technique is effective in the treatment of extensional fracture of distal radius,which has the advantages of definite curative effect,slight postoperative pain,fewer complications and short hospitalization time.
