对1例手指皮肤组织坏死患者用生肌膏加白糖进行换药护理的体会

摘　　要：目的:探讨使用生肌膏加白糖对1例手指皮肤组织坏死患者进行换药护理的体会。方法:将2019年5月在青海省西宁市第三人民医院接受诊治的1名手指皮肤组织坏死患者作为研究对象。使用生肌膏加白糖为该患者进行换药护理。总结对该患者进行换药护理的体会。结果:治护12周后,患者右手食指背侧的创面基本愈合、表面的皮肤基本平整、水肿消退、肉芽组织生长,其患指的末梢血运及触觉功能均恢复正常。结论:使用生肌膏加白糖对手指皮肤组织坏死患者进行换药护理可有效地缩短其换药的周期,缓解其疼痛的症状,促进其伤口的愈合。Objective:To explore the experience of using Shengji Ointment plus white sugar in dressing change nursing of 1 patient with finger skin necrosis.Methods:A patient with finger skin tissue necrosis who was treated in The Third People’s Hospital of Xining city,Qinghai Province in May 2019 was taken as the research object.The patient was treated with shengji paste and white sugar.Summarize the experience of dressing change nursing for this patient.Results:After 12 weeks of treatment and care,the wound surface on the dorsal index finger of the patient’s right hand was basically healed,the skin on the surface was basically smooth,the edema subsided,and the granulation tissue grew,and the peripheral blood supply and tactile function of the affected finger were all restored to normal.Conclusion:Using Shengji ointment plus sugar for dressing change nursing can effectively shorten the cycle of dressing change,relieve the symptoms of pain,and promote the wound healing.
