摘　　要：目的:研究对接受输尿管镜下钬激光碎石术的上尿路结石患者进行细节护理的效果。方法:选取在暨南大学附属顺德医院接受输尿管镜下钬激光碎石术的362例上尿路结石患者作为研究对象。将其随机分为甲组和乙组(181例/组)。对甲组患者进行细节护理,对乙组患者进行常规护理。然后对比两组患者术后并发症的发生情况、住院的时间、术后排气的时间、对护理满意程度的评分及接受护理前后其疼痛症状的评分、舒适度的评分和SCL-90评分。结果:1)甲组患者术后并发症的发生率低于乙组患者,其住院的时间、术后排气的时间均短于乙组患者,其对护理满意程度的评分高于乙组患者,P<0.05。2)接受护理后,甲组患者疼痛症状的评分、SCL-90评分均低于乙组患者,其舒适度的评分高于乙组患者,P<0.05。结论:对接受输尿管镜下钬激光碎石术的上尿路结石患者进行细节护理的效果显著,可有效地降低其术后并发症的发生率,提高其舒适度和对护理的满意程度,促进其康复。Objective:To investigate the effect of detailed nursing care for upper urinary calculus patients undergoing ureteroscopic holmium laser lithotripsy.Methods:362 patients with upper urinary calculi who underwent ureteroscopic holmium laser lithotripsy in Shunde Hospital affiliated to Jinan University were selected as study subjects.They were randomly divided into group A and Group B(181 cases/group).Detailed nursing was given to patients in group A and routine nursing was given to patients in group B.Then,the incidence of postoperative complications,length of hospital stay,postoperative exhaust time,the score of nursing satisfaction,and the score of pain symptoms,comfort level and SCL-90 before and after receiving nursing care were compared between the two groups.Results:1)The incidence of postoperative complications in group A was lower than that in group B,the length of hospital stay and postoperative exhaust time were shorter than those in group B,and the score of nursing satisfaction was higher than that in group B(P<0.05).2)After receiving nursing care,the score of pain symptoms and SCL-90 of patients in group A were lower than those in group B,and the score of comfort level was higher than that of patients in group B(P<0.05).Conclusion:The detailed nursing effect of upper urinary calculus patients undergoing ureteroscopic holmium laser lithotripsy is significant,which can effectively reduce the incidence of postoperative complications,improve their comfort and nursing satisfaction,and promote their recovery.
