预约式探视制度结合限制性探视制度在ICU患者探视管理中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的:探讨预约式探视制度结合限制性探视制度在ICU(重症加强护理病房)患者探视管理中的应用效果。方法:将2018年10月至2019年10月期间在绵阳市中心医院ICU接受治疗的174例患者随机分为MAT组(n=87)和OBS组(n=87)。在两组患者入住ICU接受治疗期间,对其均采用限制性探视制度进行管理。在此基础上,对OBS组患者加用预约式探视制度进行管理。然后,对比两组患者出现感染的情况、焦虑自评量表(SAS)的评分、抑郁自评量表(SDS)的评分及其家属对护理服务的满意度。结果:接受护理后,OBS组患者SAS的评分及SDS的评分均低于MAT组患者,其家属对护理服务的总满意率高于MAT组患者家属,P<0.05。结论:预约式探视制度结合限制性探视制度在ICU患者探视管理中的应用效果显著,可有效地降低患者感染的发生率,改善其不良情绪,提高其家属对护理服务的满意度。Objective:To explore the application effect of reservation visitation system combined with restrictive visitation system in ICU(intensive care unit)patient visitation management.Methods:174 patients treated in ICU of Mianyang Central Hospital from October 2018 to October 2019 were randomly divided into MAT group(n=87)and OBS group(n=87).Patients in both groups were administered with a restrictive visitation system during ICU admission.On this basis,the patients in OBS group were managed with the appointment visiting system.Then,the incidence of infection,the scores of self-rating anxiety scale(SAS),the scores of self-rating depression Scale(SDS)and the satisfaction of their families with nursing services were compared between the two groups.Results:After receiving nursing care,SAS scores and SDS scores of patients in OBS group were lower than those of patients in MAT group,and the overall satisfaction rate of family members of patients in OBS group was higher than that of patients in MAT group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application effect of reservation visiting system combined with restrictive visiting system in ICU patient visiting management is significant,which can effectively reduce the incidence of infection of patients,improve their bad mood,and improve their family members’satisfaction with nursing services.
