摘　　要：目的:分析对接受手术治疗的急性化脓性阑尾炎患者进行优质护理的效果。方法:将2014年3月至2019年8月期间马尔康市中藏医院收治的20例急性化脓性阑尾炎患者按照随机数表法分为Comparison组(n=10)和Excellent组(n=10)。对两组患者均进行手术治疗及常规护理,在此基础上,对Excellent组患者进行优质护理。然后,对比两组患者的疼痛评分及术后并发症的发生率。结果:在术后第2 d、第5 d、第7 d,Excellent组患者的疼痛评分均低于Comparison组患者,P<0.05。Excellent组患者术后并发症的发生率低于Comparison组患者,P<0.05。结论:对接受手术治疗的急性化脓性阑尾炎患者进行优质护理可有效地改善其疼痛的症状,降低其术后并发症的发生率。Objective:To analyze the effect of high quality nursing for patients with acute suppurative appendicitis who have received surgical treatment.Methods:Twenty patients with acute suppurative appendicitis admitted to The Central Tibetan Hospital of Markang city from March 2014 to August 2019 were divided into Comparison group(n=10)and Excellent group(n=10)according to the random number table method.Both groups received surgical treatment and routine care.On this basis,Excellent care was provided to patients in the Excellent group.Then,the pain score and the incidence of postoperative complications were compared between the two groups.Results:On the 2nd,5th and 7th day after surgery,the pain scores of patients in the Excellent group were all lower than those in the Comparison group(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in the Excellent group was lower than that in the Comparison group(P<0.05).Conclusion:High quality nursing can effectively improve the symptoms of pain and reduce the inciden ce of postoperative complications in patients with acute suppurative appendicitis.
