中医综合护理在预防脑卒中瘫痪患者发生难免性压疮中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的:探讨中医综合护理在预防脑卒中瘫痪患者发生难免性压疮中的应用效果。方法:选取2017年11月至2018年11月期间在阳江市中西医结合医院接受诊治的60例脑卒中瘫痪患者作为研究对象。将这60例患者分为Reference组(n=30)和Comprehensive组(n=30)。对两组患者均进行常规治疗和常规护理。在此基础上,对Comprehensive组患者进行中医综合护理。然后,比较两组患者压疮的发生率及生活质量量表的评分。结果:接受治护后,与Reference组患者相比,Comprehensive组患者压疮的发生率更低,其生理机能的评分、生殖职能的评分、社会职能的评分、情感职能的评分、精神状况的评分及躯体疼痛的评分均更高,P<0.05。结论:中医综合护理在预防脑卒中瘫痪患者发生难免性压疮中的应用效果较好,可有效地降低其难免性压疮的发生率,改善其生活质量。Objective:To explore the application effect of TCM comprehensive nursing in the prevention of unavoidable pressure ulcers in patients with cerebral apoplexy paralysis.Methods:60 patients with stroke paralysis who were treated in Yangjiang Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine from November 2017 to November 2018 were selected as study subjects.These 60 patients were divided into Reference group(n=30)and Comprehensive group(n=30).Both groups received routine treatment and routine nursing care.On this basis,Comprehensive TCM care will be given to Comprehensive patients of the Comprehensive Group.Then,the incidence of pressure ulcers and the scores of quality of life scale were compared between the two groups.Results:After receiving treatment and care,compared with the Reference group,the incidence of pressure ulcer in the Comprehensive group was lower,and the scores of physiological function,reproductive function,social function,emotional function,mental condition and physical pain were all higher(P<0.05).Conclusion:Comprehensive nursing of Traditional Chinese medicine has a good effect in preventing the occurrence of unavoidable pressure ulcers in patients with cerebral apoplexy paralysis,and can effectively reduce the incidence of unavoidable pressure ulcers and improve their quality of life.
