摘  要:为探索聚酰亚胺纤维的可纺性,扩大转杯纺纱产品种类,用DHU Z01型转杯纺纱试验机纺棉型聚酰亚胺纤维,在对分梳辊和假捻盘组合进行优选的基础上,使用正交试验方法对转杯纺工艺进行优化。结果表明:转杯纺纺制棉型聚酰亚胺纤维纯纺纱工艺可行,OK40型分梳辊和陶瓷螺旋假捻盘组合试纺的纱线性能优良;转杯纺工艺中影响纱线质量的因素顺序及其工艺参数为,捻系数(370)、分梳辊转速(6 kr/min)、转杯转速(45 kr/min);除此之外,假捻盘、分梳辊等器材专件的类型也是影响转杯纺纱线质量的主要因素。In order to explore the spinnability of polyimide fiber and expand the product variety of rotor spinning,cotton-like polyimide fiber is spun by the rotor spinning machine DHU Z01.Based on the optimization of the combination of carding roller and navel,the spinning process of rotor spinning is optimized by orthogonal test method.The results show that the spinning process of pure cotton-like polyimide fiber is feasible,and the performance of the trial spinning yarn is excellent through combination of the carding roller OK40 and the ceramic spiral navel.The order and process parameters of the factors affecting yarn quality in rotor spinning process are twist factor(370),spinning speed of carding roller(6 kr/min),spinning speed of rotor(45 kr/min).In addition,the type of accessories and parts such as navel and carding roller are also the main factor affecting the quality of spinning yarn.
