摘 要:为了研发新型阻燃防护服用面料,利用玄武岩纤维质轻、防火、隔热、美观等功能特性,将阻燃棉纤维、阻燃粘胶纤维和玄武岩纤维以60/20/20的比例混纺生产50 tex纱,采用蜂巢组织设计一种混纺阻燃面料;介绍整经、浆纱、穿经和织造工艺参数以及织物上机图,分析织物的阻燃及服用性能指标。实践表明:阻燃棉/阻燃粘胶/玄武岩纤维60/20/20混纺纱的强力、毛羽及条干均匀度指标均满足后工序喷气织机织造要求,其织物布面风格细腻、具有良好的阻燃、隔热功能,是具有优异舒适性和高强度的防护服用面料,推广应用前景广阔。In order to develop new flame retardant protective clothing fabrics,based on the function characteristics of basalt fiber such as light weight,fire protection,heat insulation and aesthetics,the flame retardant cotton fiber,flame retardant viscose fiber and basalt fiber are blended to produce 50 tex yarn in the proportion of 60/20/20,and a kind of blended flame retardant fabric is designed with honeycomb structure.The process parameters of warping,sizing,threading and weaving as well as the loomimg draft of fabric are introduced,and the flame retardant and wearability indexes of the fabric are analyzed.The practice shows that the strength,hairiness and evenness of blended yarn in the proportion of 60/20/20 of flame retardant cotton/flame retardant viscose/basalt fiber meet the weaving requirements of air-jet loom,the fabric has exquisite style,good flame retardant and heat insulation function,and it is a kind of protective clothing fabric with excellent comfort and high strength,which has a broad application prospect.
