摘　　要：为了提高JWF1618型转杯纺纱机纺纱质量,介绍该机功能优势及主要参数,分析转杯纺纱机原料选择及纺纱流程中设备工艺要求与器材选配,详述试纺OE 27.8 tex特纺纱、OE 27.8 tex纱和OE 36.4 tex纱配棉、纺纱工艺流程和成纱质量,并进行接头试验。指出:适应高速、纺细号纱是转杯纺纱机技术的发展方向;提高成纱质量的重要因素包含:合理配棉,优化各流程工艺,严控纺纱器材质量和选型,不断优化转杯转速、分梳辊转速、工艺排杂负压和接头时间等工艺参数。In order to improve the spinning quality of the rotor spinning frame JWF1618,the function advantages and main parameters are introduced,analysis is done to the raw material selection of rotor spinning frame and the equipment process requirements and the accessories selection in the spinning.The cotton assorting,spinning process flow and yarn quality of trial spinning OE 27.8 tex special spinning yarn,OE 27.8 tex yarn and OE 36.4 tex yarn are described in detail,and the joint test is carried out.It is pointed out that the development direction of rotor spinning frame technology is adapting high speed and spinning fine yarn.The important factors to improve the yarn quality include reasonable cotton assorting,optimization of each process,strict control the quality and selection of spinning accessories,continuous optimization the process parameters such as rotor speed and carding speed,negative pressure of process impurity removal and joint time.
