摘　　要：为了快速准确地在线检测棉结、排查异常机台,介绍单纤维测试仪的测试原理和标准控制指标,结合纺纱工艺流程应用单纤维测试仪纤维测试系统,对原棉和生产流程以及梳棉、精梳、细纱工序进行监控。指出:单纤维测试仪能够在梳棉、精梳不停车的状态下快速检测单台纤维棉结、籽皮棉结的数量及灰尘、杂质,也能监控梳棉、精梳设备及纺纱器材运行情况,排查异常机台,对生产流程与工艺过程监控效果良好。In order to on-line detect neps and check the abnormal machine quickly and accurately,the testing principle and standard control indexes of the single fiber tester are introduced.Combining the spinning process,the raw cotton and the production process,as well as the carding,combing and spinning processes are monitored using the fiber testing system of the single fiber tester.It is pointed out that the single fiber tester can quickly detect the number of fiber neps and seed-peel neps,dust and impurities without stopping the carding and combing machine,as well as monitor the operation of the carding and combing equipments and spinning accessories,and check the abnormal machine,which has a good monitoring effects on the production flow and technological process.
