摘  要:针对缓斜煤层沿空巷道偏载应力作用,两帮煤体呈现非对称大变形、破坏,巷道维护困难的问题,以魏家地煤矿2303工作面运输巷为工程背景,采用理论分析、数值分析并结合现场实践的方法,确定煤柱合理宽度并揭示倾斜煤层沿空掘巷围岩控制机理。结果表明:基于应力极限平衡及广义H-B强度破坏准则确定的煤柱塑性区宽度是个变化值,开挖扰动权重参数在0~1之间变化,煤柱塑性区宽度范围为8.1~8.5 m,结合数值分析结果,最终确定煤柱合理宽度为5.0 m.提出煤柱帮中部近水平位移为零区域(承压区)短锚索支护、实体煤侧压剪破坏严重区域(深度达6~7 m)高强度锚索支护的高预应力让压控制技术。巷道掘进期间两帮移近量为160 mm,顶板下沉量为65 mm,只需起底一次,围岩控制效果良好。Due to the eccentric load stress along the empty roadway in gently inclined coal seams,the two coal bodies exhibit asymmetric large deformation and failure,and the maintenance of the roadway is difficult.Taking the transportation roadway in No.2303 working face of Weijiadi Coal Mine as the engineering background,theoretical and numerical analysis are adopted with on-site practice methods in view,the reasonable width of coal pillars is determined and the control mechanism is revealed of surrounding rock along the gob in the inclined coal seam is revealed.The results show that the width of the coal pillar plastic zone determined based on the stress limit equilibrium and the generalized HB strength failure criterion is a variable value,and the excavation disturbance weight parameter varies between 0~1,and the coal pillar plastic zone width ranges from 8.1 to 8.5 m;the reasonable width of coal pillar is determined 5.0 m considering the results of numerical analysis.It is proposed that the near horizontal displacement in the middle of the coal pillars is near zero(pressure area)with short anchor cable support,and the solid coal side is severely damaged by compressive shearing(depth is 6~7 m)technology.During tunnel excavation,the distance between the two gangs is 160 mm,and the sinking amount of the roof is 65 mm.It only needs to lift the bottom once,and the surrounding rock control effect is good.
