摘　　要：为探索红层区机井工程对农户生活影响的定量评价方法,助力精准脱贫和乡村振兴,文章采用理论探索和实证分析、问卷调查与数学模型结合等研究方法,从农户经济收入增长、机井供水能力、农户生活环境改善、机井持续利用性等维度设计了一套包含15个指标的评价指标体系,合理设置了指标权重,采用多因素综合评价模型进行了实证分析。结果表明,红层区机井工程对农户的生活影响是综合性的,农户经济收入增长、机井供水能力和机井持续利用性是其主要内容,对农户经济收入增长作用最突出,而农户生活环境的改善效果不够理想。研究表明:评价指标体系符合区域实际,方法可行,操作性强,具有较好的实践借鉴作用。In order to find a quantitative evaluation method for the impact of Well Engineering in red layer on farmers’life,and help precision poverty alleviation and rural revitalization,this paper adopts the research methods of theoretical discussion and empirical analysis,questionnaire survey and mathematical model,etc.And a set of indication systems has been designed from the farmers income growth,shaft water supply capacity,farmers living environment improvement and sustainable utilization of shaft dimension,as well as the index weight been set up reasonablely,with a multi-factor comprehensive evaluation model used for the evaluation of the empirical study area.The result shows that the well engineering has a comprehensive impact on the farmers’life,mainly involving the increase of farmers’economic income,the water supply capacity and the sustainable utilization of Wells.It has the most prominent effect on the growth of farmers’economic income,but the improvement of farmers’living environment is not ideal.The research shows that the evaluation index system is in line with the regional reality,the method is feasible,the operation is easy,which provides a guidance for practice.
