摘　　要：SPARK科学学习系统为移动便携式数据采集和分析的实验系统,适合课内及课外不同环境下学生开展实验探究与科学研究,并可通过网络实时共享实验数据,开展科学合作与在线指导,有效激发学生的科研兴趣,培养创新能力。利用该系统进行硅光电池特性研究,测定硅光电池在全暗和光照下的伏安特性、开路电压及短路电流与光照强度的关系,结果表明,在物理实验中应用该系统,具有测量便捷,数据处理手段丰富,结果清晰的优势。SPARK Science Learning System is a portable experimental system for data collection and analysis.It is suitable for students to carry out experimental inquiry and scientific research in different environments.System can share experimental data in real time through the network,carry out scientific cooperation and online guidance.It can effectively stimulate students’interest in scientific research and cultivate their innovative ability.The property of solar cell are studied by using system.The voltammetric characteristics of silicon photovoltaic cells under full darkness or illumination,and the relationship which is between open circuit voltage or short circuit current under illumination are measured.The results show that the system has the advantages of convenient measurement,several means of data processing and good results in physical experiments.
