摘　　要：糖尿病肾病是糖尿病主要微血管并发症之一,几次大规模的流行病学调查发现糖尿病及糖尿病肾病呈现出居高不下的发病率,成为影响人们生活质量甚至危及生命的主要疾病之一。既往中医学认为阴虚燥热是糖尿病及并发症的基本病机,而现代医家对其病机又有了一些新的认识,近年来"伏热致癥"核心病机理论在糖尿病肾病的临床实践中取得了肯定的疗效,现试将"伏热致癥"病机理论从其中医内涵及物质基础等方面进行阐释。Diabetic nephropathy is one of the major microvascular complications of diabetes.Several large-scale epidemiological investigations have found that diabetes and diabetic nephropathy show high incidence,which has become one of the main diseases affecting people’s quality of life and even lifethreatening.In traditional Chinese medicine,dryness-heat due to yin deficiency were considered as the basic pathogenesis of diabetes,while modern medical experts have gained some new understanding of its pathogenesis.In recent years,the core pathogenesis theory of‘abdominal mass caused by hidden heat pathogen’has achieved a definite effect in the clinical practice of diabetic nephropathy.This paper tries to expound the pathogenesis theory of‘abdominal mass caused by hidden heat pathogen’from aspects of its connotation of TCM and material basis.
