摘　　要：本文主要分析了重介质旋流器选煤技术的应用情况,重点介绍了重介质旋流器选煤的工艺原理和影响因素,其可以有效提升对重介质旋流器选煤技术的认知水平,进而探究重介质旋流器选煤技术的发展方向,提高选煤效果。通过分析重介质旋流器选煤技术,不断推进高效率选煤研究,提高选煤质量,满足选煤要求。煤矿作为传统能源产业的一部分,也需要逐步改进技术,供应符合节能环保要求的洁净煤。在煤矿技术改造中,重介质旋流器选煤技术是比较受关注的技术,对提高选煤速度和质量都有重要意义。本文先阐述了重介质旋流器选煤技术的相关概念和技术原理,分析了该技术的特点和优势,然后研究了对重介质旋流器运行容易产生影响的相关因素,最后针对该技术的应用提出了一些针对性策略和建议。This paper mainly analyzes the application of dense medium cyclone coal preparation technology,and emphatically introduces the technological principle and influencing factors of dense medium cyclone coal preparation,which can effectively improve the cognitive level of dense medium cyclone coal preparation technology,and then explore the development direction of dense medium cyclone coal preparation technology and improve the coal preparation effect.Through the analysis of dense medium cyclone coal preparation technology,the research on high efficiency coal preparation is continuously promoted,so as to improve the coal preparation quality and meet the requirements of coal preparation.As a part of the traditional energy industry,coal mines also need to gradually improve technology and supply clean coal that meets the requirements of energy conservation and environmental protection.In the technical transformation of coal mine,dense medium cyclone coal preparation technology is a concerned technology,which is of great significance to improve the speed and quality of coal preparation.In this paper,the related concepts and technical principles of dense medium cyclone coal preparation technology are expounded firstly,then the characteristics and advantages of this technology are analyzed,and then the related factors that easily affect the operation of dense medium cyclone are studied.Finally,some targeted strategies and suggestions are put forward for the application of this technology.
