摘　　要：采煤机是煤炭生产的关键设备,其完好性与煤炭产能息息相关。然而由于采煤机液压系统泄漏造成煤炭产能下降,影响企业经济效益。为解决这一状况,本文对采煤机液压系统进行分析研究,分析液压系统泄漏原因,并做出针对性措施。Shearer is the key equipment for coal production,and its integrity is closely related to coal production capacity.However,due to the leakage of shearer hydraulic system,the coal production capacity decreases,which affects the economic benefits of enterprises.In order to solve this situation,this paper analyzes and studies the hydraulic system of shearer,analyzes the causes of hydraulic system leakage,and puts forward targeted measures.
