摘  要:闽江正源沙溪流域以“顶层设计、创新机制、统筹规划、科技助力、全民参与”五大举措开展水环境综合治理探索实践,取得显著成效,流域全境水环境持续改善、水质优良,已完全消除劣V类水质;流域三类17项生态绩效目标持续改善,全流域水环境质量实现全面达标,进而提出从“源头管控、标本兼治、两手发力”根治流域水环境、永续保护好绿水青山的建议。Shaxi Basin of Minjiang River is carrying out a comprehensive management of water environment from five aspects named as“top-level design,innovation mechanism,overall planning,sci-tech assistance and all-people participation”,which has achieved remarkable results.The water environment throughout the basin has been continuously improved and the water quality is excellent,for the five-type polluted water has been completely eliminated.The 17 ecological performance targets in three categories have been continuously improved,and the water environmental quality of the whole basin was fully up to the standard.Some suggestions are put forward to improve water environment and protect the green mountains and clear waters by“controlling the pollution sources and conducting root-and-branch management”.
